- create and manage accounts, workspaces, permissions, and user preferences;

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
6. Meeting recording and participant responsibility
Meetnote may capture and process meeting audio and related content only when you choose to use a recording or transcription feature. Before recording or transcribing a meeting, you are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent or other permission required by the laws that apply to you and the meeting participants.
7. Meeting content is not used for training
We do not use your meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, notes, or other customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We also do not use meeting content for advertising.
8. When we share information
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information or meeting content for targeted advertising. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers: companies that help us host, store, secure, authenticate, support, communicate about, analyze, or operate the Services. They may use information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.
- Organization administrators: administrators or account owners may access or manage content and account information within their organization's workspace.
- Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Services.
